Foot Reflexology
(60 min)

Eastern style Foot Reflexology is a relaxing and therapeutic treatment that focuses on the reflex points located throughout the feet that when pressed upon affect the functioning of the whole body.  A smooth flow between each movement allows for a relaxing yet therapeutic treatment.  Great as an add-on to any treatment.

Swedish Massage
(60 min)
$40

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Nepali Massage
(90 min)
$55

Nepali Ayurvedic Massage is dramatically different than the South-Indian / Kerala Ayurvedic tradition.  Emphasizing circular strokes, pressure points, and intentional holds, it is a complex massage that requires 90 minutes to truly appreciate.  By far our favorite massage modality, and the only school that teaches this technique.
