What are your plans after graduation?
While I'll continue my nursing career at the VA hospital for now, I plan to start building my massage business on the side. This is a long-term goal for me, a passion I want to pursue fully once I retire.

What did you think of your experience at Hands On School of Massage? 

I had an amazing experience at Hands On School of Massage. I really appreciated learning the skills with Tina and the incredible instructors she has on staff. They were all so personable and truly cared that we understood the material, always following up with us.

   Yes!

What was your favorite, or memorable experience at Hands On School of Massage?

My most memorable experience was my very first conversation with Tina. I knew instantly that I was in the right place because her heart was so pure, and her passion for the school was so clear. That feeling gave me the confidence that I was making the right decision for my retirement plans. Oh, and I loved the bulletproof coffee every day!

What are your plans after graduation?
I plan to open a private practices in Palisade. 

What did you think of your experience at Hands On School of Massage?
My experience at Hands On School of Massage was fantastic. I especially loved the community and found the curriculum to be a really effective way to learn.

Did you feel prepared to begin your career as a licensed massage therapist?
   Yes!

My favorite memories are all the laughter and bonding we shared. I'll also really miss the Pilates classes—they were an amazing extra perk that I looked forward to.

What are your plans after graduation?
I would like to practice massage as an independent contractor.

  Hands On school is not just a school but a wonderful community that is uplifting and so caring. The learning environment is warm and encouraging.

The community of people and care that the director and instructors put into every minute of class time.

What are your plans after graduation?
To make my salon more spa like and start massaging once I pass the states test.

What did you think of your experience at Hands On School of Massage?
  My 16 weeks at Hands on school was an amazing experience. I learned a lot. I grow in areas that I needed to grow in; including for other parts of my life not just massage life, and best of all along side meeting amazing individuals that were part of my class. Tina is so fun, a fabulous lady and so encouraging. I am so happy she told me about the opportunity Colorado had for me to help me to help get me start in school because I would not have asked. Tina is definitely gifted at building a community around her that is safe and comforting. I love that others from other classes still come in and interact with the other classes. I love the perks of being able to come back. I will be missing Pilates and my daily massage. Can I start over? I will definitely be sharing my experience about Hand on school of Massage and encourage anyone seeking a massage licensed to head straight there.

Did you feel prepared to begin your career as a licensed massage therapist?
   I am prepared and ready to start massage but I hate taking test. I do feel I need to study a little more to pass the test But I know I got this!

What was your favorite, or memorable experience at Hands On School of Massage?

My time at Hand on School of Massage was a true joy. I'm so grateful for Ruth, who made me so comfortable reading aloud, even with all my unique vocabulary! The laughs we shared during Tina's charades game were also a highlight. And I truly loved sculpting the skeletons. I know Jesus brought me to the school's door, and I couldn't be more pleased with the knowledge I gained and the loving community of women I met. I'm so thankful for the new doors that have opened for me. Thank you to Hand on School of Massage—every single one of you was noticed.

What are your plans after graduation?
    Complete a Vibration Sound Therapy Cert and open a private practice in Steamboat

What did you think of your experience at Hands On School of Massage?
  Love it! 10/10. Will miss the laughs and the massages!

Did you feel prepared to begin your career as a licensed massage therapist?
    Yes! I think the course was very thorough and loved the hands on experience and ample hours of clinical practice. Will certainly take time to hone in on and develop my own style to the level I want, but what a great foundation this course has set!!

What was your favorite, or memorable experience at Hands On School of Massage?
  Hard to pick just one. Really enjoyed the camaraderie of our group overall. We had so many great times, laughed super hard and really just couldn't think of a better way to learn this practice. Really grateful to have had this experience.

What are your plans after graduation?
     I will offer massage therapy as an employee at Body Therapeutics and eventually open my own business, which I envision to be a sanctuary offering a combination of my skills and passions through massage, yoga, gardening, design, etc.

What did you think of your experience at Hands On School of Massage?
    I believe I’ve gained lifelong connections and great friends that feel like family through my experience at Hands on School of Massage. Tina has been such a great role model and guide through this journey and has offered to extend that helping hand as we blossom beyond school and into our careers.

    Yes

What was your favorite, or memorable experience at Hands On School of Massage?
    The laughter/shared joy and transformation and healing that I’ve personally experienced in such a short amount of time have been the most memorable parts of my time at Hands on School of Massage.

What are your plans after graduation?
     I'm so excited to join my mom at her spa in Montrose after I graduate! I can't wait to learn everything I can from working right by her side.

What did you think of your experience at Hands On School of Massage?
    I thought it was a lovely life-changing event. After coming from a tumultuous time the year prior, being welcomed to an amazing class filled with great and healthy people with exquisite instructors was a wonderful energy to embody for therapeutic touch.

Did you feel prepared to begin your career as a licensed massage therapist?
     I do! The modalities and techniques that were taught came quite easily with the fantastic instruction in class that when I took my skills outside of class I was very surprised at how natural it all felt. I also feel we were taught a large arsenal of different therapeutic modalities for all sorts of conditions, of which I am excited to take beyond school.

What was your favorite, or memorable experience at Hands On School of Massage?
     I thought that my favorite experience would be learning how to help other people. I am happy to say I was dreadfully wrong. It was learning how to let people help myself, and through learning myself, to be allowed to learn to help others. I feel truly blessed to be a part of the class I was in. We were all deeply supportive and understanding of one another, and we couldn't stop laughing whenever we worked together. ​

What are your plans after graduation?
     After graduating Hands On School Of Massage, my plans are to continue working with Inner Peace as a massage therapist for children who have special needs!

What did you think of your experience at Hands On School of Massage?
     I am so thrilled with the experience I have had and with all I have learned of the many beneficial effects that massage has for different health issues. I am excited to begin working with these children and hope to see positive outcomes for each of them through positive touch!

Did you feel prepared to begin your career as a licensed massage therapist?
     After attending school, I feel prepared and confident to begin my career as a licensed massage therapist. Our instructor, Tina, went over the material countless times and had others come in to teach our class as well ~ That included instructors who taught different modalities of massage. I hope to return to be a help to Tina in the future, as I learn more about massage therapy for children with special needs. I would like to share experiences of my own with others, in the hopes of gaining willing participants in this line of work. It is needed!

What was your favorite, or memorable experience at Hands On School of Massage?
      Beginning Hands On School Of Massage was GIVEN to me… It was a work that was done by God through others. My daughter and I both work through Inner Peace. I had been at the school for a week when our boss mentioned that maybe my daughter should also attend school at Hands On… there is such a need for therapists. Needless to say, my daughter joined me the next week and we attended this course together! It was a once in a lifetime thing and I’ll never forget the wonderful experience that we all had! 

The first day I met Tina was another of my favorite and most memorable experiences at Hands On School Of Massage. There was no doubt in my mind that I was exactly where I belonged in my journey to becoming a licensed massage therapist. The learning was fun and rewarding, in every aspect! God-fearing and encouraging, Tina paved the way to what I see as a bright and successful future for myself! ​

What are your plans after graduation?
      My plans after graduating were to expand my career in the salon I work at currently , I’ve always wanted to offer some type of massage so having the opportunity to offer reflexology within my profession is amazing!     

What did you think of your experience at Hands On School of Massage?     
      Hands On School Of Massage was such an amazing course, Tina is so thorough and just makes it easy to understand! I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking to further their career in massage!

Did you feel prepared to begin your career as a licensed massage therapist? 
      I 100% felt comfortable and ready when I got finished with the reflexology course, it’s such a professional environment- you get a feel for what it will be like taking on actual clients before you graduate which made it so much easier to do it on my own!   
 
     What was your favorite, or memorable experience at Hands On School of Massage?            My favorite part of doing the course was not only getting to see a bunch of wonderful ladies everyday and connecting with them, but also being able to gain some knowledge from Tina herself. She is so smart , and makes learning so much easier. I loved being able to show new things that I’ve learned to some of the girls as well as take some of their tips and tricks to make it an overall better experience for all of my clients!

What are your plans after graduation? After graduation, I'm excited to embark on a new chapter in Las Vegas. With over 30 years of experience in the spa industry, I came to Hands-On School of Massage to re-strategize my career path. This program has provided me with the perfect foundation to advance my career and help others. I’m eager to apply the skills and knowledge I've gained to a new setting, whether it's working in a spa, starting my own practice, or exploring other opportunities in the wellness industry.

What did you think of your experience at Hands On School of Massage?  My time at Hands-On School of Massage has been an incredible journey. I’ve been truly inspired by Tina Cavaliere's passion for teaching and her dedication to her students. Her guidance and support have been invaluable, and I’ve grown not only as a massage therapist but also as a person.

Did you feel prepared to begin your career as a licensed massage therapist?  Absolutely! The rigorous curriculum, coupled with the extensive clinical hours, has thoroughly prepared me for a successful career as a licensed massage therapist. I feel confident in my ability to provide a wide range of massage modalities and to adapt to the needs of diverse clientele.

What was your favorite, or memorable experience at Hands On School of Massage?  One of my most memorable experiences at Hands-On School of Massage was the opportunity to work with real clients in the school's clinic. It was incredibly rewarding to apply the techniques I had learned in a practical setting and to see the positive impact of massage therapy firsthand. This experience not only honed my skills but also boosted my confidence as a future massage therapist.

What are your plans after graduation?
      My plan after school is to be my own boss instead of clocking in and out for someone else. 

What did you think of your experience at Hands On School of Massage?
      I loved my experience at Hands On. Definitely one of the best schools I’ve ever attended. 

Did you feel prepared to begin your career as a licensed massage therapist?
      Overall, I feel very prepared to use my new knowledge in the real world. I also look forward to expanding my knowledge in massage therapy. 

What was your favorite, or memorable experience at Hands On School of Massage?
      My favorite part of school was Tina. She makes learning fun and she’s a huge inspiration in life to me.  I learned a lot about myself and she was there with me each step of the way.

What are your plans after graduation? I have plans to start in Fruita at a chiropractors office. 

What did you think of your experience at Hands On School of Massage? I loved the small class which created a supportive learning environment. 

Did you feel prepared to begin your career as a licensed massage therapist? Yes I am ready for my test.  I already have this scheduled. 

What was your favorite, or memorable experience at Hands On School of Massage? The supportive and knowledgeable instructors at Hands On School of Massage made the learning experience truly exceptional. The collaborative nature of the classes and the opportunity to practice on clients were highlights of the program.

What are your plans after graduation? I plan to work for Massage Envy. 

What did you think of your experience at Hands On School of Massage? It was transformative experience. I was fascinated by the variety of modalities we learned,especially the deep tissue and lymphatic massage.
